Our Own Moschofilero

In Stavros, Dafnes, at an altitude of 360 meters, Moschofilero is cultivated on sandy‑clay soils  the “asprougi” as we call it which lend delicacy, freshness, and aromatic clarity to the variety. With 290–300 vines per stremma and yields of 1000–1100 kilos, the vineyard maintains a natural balance that enhances concentration and vibrancy in the fruit.

The early‑August harvest captures the moment when acidity remains bright and the aromatic profile reaches its peak. Here, Moschofilero expresses itself with subtle floral notes, fresh citrus, and a clean, almost ethereal freshness that defines the variety.

On the palate, it is elegant, lively, and well‑balanced, with a fine structure and a precise, linear character. The finish is refreshing and persistent, leaving a sense of purity and finesse that reflects both the personality of Moschofilero and the identity of the place.
