Vidiano
White Dry Wine
Vidiano
A Vidiano with a bright, clean aromatic profile, showing ripe stone‑fruit notes, white flowers, and a subtle mineral touch that adds elegance. On the palate, it is balanced and vibrant, with refreshing acidity that lifts the fruit and a smooth, rounded texture that fills the palate without heaviness. The finish is clean, persistent, and refined, leaving an impression of freshness and precision.
Our Own Vidiano
The Vidiano comes from the Xerolia area in Dafnes, at an altitude of 400 meters. There, the clay‑sandy soils offer an ideal balance: excellent drainage from the sand and steady nutrient retention from the clay, creating conditions that yield healthy, high‑quality fruit. With 280–290 vines per stremma and production of 1000–1100 kilos, the vineyard maintains a stable growing environment and consistently superior raw material.
The variety, known for its sensitivity to wind, requires attentive vineyard care to protect the fruit and preserve the purity of its aromatic character. The mid‑August harvest captures the moment when Vidiano reaches the peak of its flavor expression. The result is a Vidiano with clarity, structure, and aromatic precision — a wine that authentically reflects the true character of the variety.

Pairing Suggestions
It pairs beautifully with dishes that highlight its freshness and elegance: grilled or steamed fish, seafood with citrus or herb‑driven sauces, crisp salads, soft white cheeses, and light Mediterranean preparations. It also complements vegetable‑based dishes—such as zucchini or artichoke—where its acidity and clarity create a harmonious balance.
